Due to the area of the change that is occurring in your body, constipation is very common during the early stages of pregnancy and is also one that, unfortunately, stays with a woman throughout the entire pregnancy. A lot of women have reported sensitive and/or swollen breasts. This is due to the trigger of milk production that your body experiences after implanting of the egg occurs in the uterus. Weight gain is also a common sign of pregnancy. Frequent urination is also a very common sign of pregnancy.

The best indication of pregnancy is a positive pregnancy test. Remember, every pregnancy is different. It is very important to take care of yourself and exercise regularly through walking or slow jogging, once it is approved by the doctor.
